​​​All Mia Bella packages are flexible and customizable.  Brides are welcome to edit, modify and make changes to any of our preset packages to suit their personal preferences. Essentially you can design your own event with our venue, expertise, and rentals. Package changes will affect the price.  This allows us to cater to your personality, vision and budget.  Our base preset package, The Mini-Bella, starts at $5,750.00.

The Mini Bella: 

 

  • 1-day use--- (10am – 10pm)

  • Month-of vendor coordination, 1-hour rehearsal coordination, Day-of ceremony coordination and vendor coordination by the Mia Bella Originals Team

  • Choice of ceremony/reception location (Front Terrace, Pond Terrace, Circle of Pines, Field by Pond, Stone Patio or exterior of Barn).  Reception tent is not included but can be coordinated through Mia Bella Originals with local tent company.

  • 60” round tables (25); 8’ buffet tables (6); 6’ buffet tables (2); 50 white event chairs (additional chairs available through local tent company)

  • use of main bridal room/bath and groom’s quarters for the day to get ready

  • use of 20’ x 30’ kitchen for setup of food (no cooking of food), lower 16’ x 42’ sunroom, 3300 square foot patio, Circle area with iron patio tables/chairs and front terrace for the day

  • Golf cart shuttle available for guests

 

The Original Bella:      

 

  • 2 days—Friday (beginning at 1:00 pm) and Saturday (until 10 pm)

  • Month-of vendor coordination, 1-hour rehearsal coordination, Day-of ceremony coordination and vendor coordination by the Mia Bella Originals Team

  • Choice of ceremony/reception location (Front Terrace, Pond Terrace, Circle of Pines, Field by Pond, Stone Patio or exterior of Barn).  Reception tent is not included but can be coordinated through Mia Bella Originals with local tent company.

  • 60” round tables (up to 25); 8’ buffet tables (6); 6’ buffet tables (2); 50 white event chairs (additional chairs available through the local tent company)

  • Overnight accommodations for 10 Friday night in the main bridal room (sleeps 4) and groom’s quarters (sleeps 6)

  • use of main bridal room/bath and groom’s quarters for the day on Saturday to get ready

  • use of 20’ x 30’ kitchen for setup of food (no cooking of food), lower16’ x 42’ sunroom, 3300 square foot patio, Circle area with iron patio tables/chairs and front terrace for Saturday

  • use of kitchen for setup of food, lower sunroom, 3300 sq/ft. patio, Circle area with metal patio table/chairs and front terrace for rehearsal dinner on Friday evening

  • Golf cart shuttle available for guests

 

The Grand Bella:

 

  • 2 days—Friday (beginning at 1:00 pm) and Saturday (until 10 pm)

  • Month-of vendor coordination, 1-hour rehearsal coordination, Day-of ceremony coordination and vendor coordination by the Mia Bella Originals Team

  • Choice of ceremony/reception location (Front Terrace, Pond Terrace, Circle of Pines, Field by Pond, Stone Patio or exterior of Barn).  Reception tent is not included but can be coordinated through Mia Bella Originals with local tent company.

  • 60” round tables (up to 25); 8’ buffet tables (6); 6’ buffet tables (2); 50 white event chairs (additional chairs available through the local tent company)

  • White or black tablecloths

  • Overnight accommodations for 12-14 of bridal party/immediate family, Friday night--- in main bridal room (4), plus two guest rooms (2 each room) and groom’s quarters (6).

  • use of main bridal suite and extra guest rooms (includes three bedrooms and 2 baths) and groom’s quarters for the day on Saturday to get ready

  • use of 20’ x 30’ kitchen for setup of food (no cooking permitted), lower 16’ x 42’ enclosed sunroom, 3300 square foot patio, Circle area with iron patio tables/chairs and use of front terrace for Saturday

  • use of kitchen for setup of food, lower sunroom, 3300 sq/ft. patio, Circle area with metal patio tables/chairs and front terrace for rehearsal dinner on Friday evening

  • Sunday afternoon breakdown/pick up of personal items—2 hours between 2-4pm

  • Use of venue for engagement or bridal pictures---3 hours (Day must be approved and scheduled with Mia Bella Originals)

  • Use of venue for bridal shower--- 4 hours (Venue rental only and day must be approved and scheduled with Mia Bella Originals).  June-October is prime wedding weekends and may be possible BUT limited for showers.

The Bella Exclusive:

 

  • 2 days—Friday (beginning at 1:00 pm) and Saturday (until 10 pm)

  • Any of the Mia Bella Originals buffet or 120” tablecloths
